Delivery and Returns
In store pickup
To request this service, simply select In-Store Pickup as a shipping option at Checkout. All the deliveries will be placed at SP Wokshop Girona, Within 24 hours.
To pick up your purchase bring a copy of your order, and a photo ID to our store. Orders will be held for 7 days.
Shipping and handling
Orders placed Monday through Friday by 15:00h GTM+1 (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. If you place an order after 15:00h GTM+1 or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays). Please note: at this time Saturday delivery is not available.
Exchanges, retunrs and refunds
You can place a return within 15 days of their original shipment date. To be eligible for a refund, items must be in same a new condition. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for your purchase.
The Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
Regardless of the service you choose, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information. Please check that the package is in good condition when the carrier delivers the order before signing. It is not, make him write it down on the delivery note otherwise, you wouldn't be able to claim it.
