How to place a return?

If you want to return an item from your order, please contact us first on email@example.com to notify your return.
2. Ship unwanted Items
Pack your items along with the returns form and send it to Surf People S.L, Joan Maragall 34, 17002 Girona, Spain.
3. Get your refund
Once we received your return, we'll proceed to refund your money back by the same payment method you used for your order
How can I return a product?
You can return an item within 15 of receiving the product.
Item/s must be unused, with labels and in the same conditions as delivered. Various types of items are exempt from a refund. Underwear such as socks, swimwear, and boxers.

Where do I ship my unwanted items?
To return your product, send it to Surf People S.L, Joan Maragall 34, 17002 Girona, Spain. Please do not send your purchase to the manufacturer
You will be responsible for paying the cost of sending the returned item. We recommend you to use a courier service with tracking, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Can I request a product change?
Only items that are defective or damaged will be replaced.

To change a product first you'll have to return the item/s on your order. Please follow the steps that you'll find on this page to send us your unwanted items.
Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?
To modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once the shipment has been dispatched.
If you want to request a refund, you must wait to receive your order and return your unwanted items following the steps on this page.
How can I get my order refund?
As soon as we receive and inspect your unwanted item/s, We'll send you an email to notify you about the receipt of your item/s and the approval or rejection of your refund
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed through your credit card or the original payment method you used for your purchase. Please note that the shipping associated costs are not refundable.
What should I do if I didn't receive my refund yet?
It can take 5 to 10 days to receive the returned amount on your account.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If it has been 15 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you an exchange or refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
